This policy explains what AccLoo collects when you visit this site or buy a product, why we collect it, and how to have it removed. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

This website is a catalogue. It does not run a basket, a login or a payment page, and it does not set advertising cookies. If you email us or submit a form, we receive what you type: your name, your email address, your order number and your message.

Purchases are completed on Amazon. The order data — name, address, payment method — is collected by Amazon under its own privacy notice; we receive only what a seller needs to fulfil and support an order.

Why we hold it

• To answer your message or process a warranty claim
• To fulfil and support an order placed through our store
• To meet bookkeeping and tax obligations

We do not sell data, we do not rent lists, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked a support question.

How long we keep it

Support threads are kept for 24 months from the last reply, which covers the warranty period plus a margin. Order and tax records are kept for as long as accounting law requires. Marketing emails, if you opt in separately, are kept until you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the shop: the marketplace that processes the order, the carrier that delivers it, and the email provider that stores the support inbox. Each is bound by its own data processing terms. We do not share data with advertising networks.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@accloo.com with the subject “data request” and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies. If that changes — for example if we add analytics — this section will say which tool, what it records and how to opt out, before it goes live.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes and the previous version stays available on request.
