These terms cover your use of this website. Purchases are governed by the terms of the marketplace where the order is placed, in addition to the warranty described on this site.
Using this site
You may browse, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape the site at volume, republish the photography, or present our copy as your own.
Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can, including the measurements and limits that matter. Colours can vary slightly between screens and between production batches. Where a specification is critical to your use, confirm it with us before ordering.
Prices and availability
This site is a catalogue, not a checkout. Prices, promotions and stock are set on the marketplace listing and can change without notice here. The price shown at the point of purchase is the price that applies.
Orders
An order is formed when the marketplace confirms it, not when this site is browsed. Payment, delivery and cancellation follow the marketplace's terms. Our warranty sits on top of those rights and does not replace them.
Warranty
The 18-month warranty is described on the warranty page and is limited to faults in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage or consumable wear.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with a product is limited to the amount paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost time or lost business. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or any right you have that cannot be excluded by law.
Intellectual property
The AccLoo name, logo, product photography and text on this site belong to the brand. You may quote short extracts with a link; you may not reproduce the photography commercially without permission.

Links to marketplaces and carriers are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer rights you hold locally.

We may update these terms as the range changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
