18-month warranty
Every AccLoo product is covered for eighteen months from the day it is delivered. Registration takes about a minute and is not strictly required — it just makes a claim faster.
What is covered
Faults, not accidents
- A motor, pump or ultrasonic plate that fails in normal use
- Charging faults on the cordless vacuum, including cells that will not hold charge
- LED rings or buttons that stop responding
- Clasp or link failure on the watch band under normal wear
- Missing or damaged parts on arrival
What is not
Four exclusions, stated plainly
- Accidental damage — drops, cracks, crushed legs
- Water damage on items that are not sold as waterproof
- Diffuser plates scaled up by hard water, which is a maintenance item
- Normal cosmetic wear: scuffed finish, stretched spring in a clamp
Register a product
Send us the order number and the product name. We reply with a registration reference you can quote if anything goes wrong.
Making a claim
Three steps, one working day
1. Tell us what happened
Email the order number and a photo or short clip of the fault. A video is the fastest way to show a noise or a flashing light.
2. We decide, not a form
A person reads it and replies within one working day with either a replacement, a part, or an explanation of why it falls outside cover.
3. Replacement ships
Approved claims ship within two working days. You do not need to return the faulty unit first for items under 1 kg.
Something not working?
Do not wait for the eighteen months to run out. Tell us early and we can usually fix it with a part.
