Why this one

The big vacuum stays in the cupboard because getting it out is a decision. This one does not require a decision. It sits in the car door, under the sink or in a drawer, and it is charged when you reach for it.

The cyclone chamber is what separates it from the toy handhelds: 3.2 kPa holds its pull as the cup fills instead of fading after the first pass. The cup is transparent, so you can see when to empty it, and it rinses clean under a tap.

Four attachments cover the awkward jobs — the soft hose for seat rails and skirting boards, the extension tube for the gap beside a seat, the crevice nozzle for a keyboard, the brush for pet hair on fabric. The pouch holds all of it, which is the difference between a kit you keep and a bag of parts you lose.

Questions about this product

How do I charge it?

With the supplied cable from any 5 V USB adapter. The protection circuit stops the charge at full, so leaving it plugged in overnight does not damage the cells.

Can I wash the dust cup?

Yes. Twist the cup off, empty it, rinse and let it dry fully before refitting. The motor housing itself should only be wiped.

Is it strong enough for pet hair?

On hard floors and short-pile fabric, yes, particularly with the brush nozzle. For deep carpet, a mains vacuum will still pull more.
